Warranty Policy

Ignita Forge products are crafted with care and passion in Romania, using high-quality 304 stainless steel. We believe in the durability and performance of each grill, which is why we offer a standard warranty and the option of an extended warranty.

1. Standard warranty (included)

All Ignita Forge grills benefit from a 1-year legal guarantee of conformity , in accordance with European Union legislation (Directive 1999/44/EC and Regulation (EU) 2019/771).

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects arising under normal conditions of use.

  • 2. Extended warranty

    To benefit from the extended warranty of up to 10 years, the customer must:

    Register the product within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery


    Successful registration extends the product warranty by an additional 10 years , covering the same types of defects as the standard warranty.


  • 3. What does the warranty cover?

    The warranty covers:

    Abnormal corrosion or rusting of 304 stainless steel, under normal conditions of use and storage.


    Defective welds or joints that affect the integrity of the product.

    Structural problems (torsions, breaks) caused by manufacturing defects.










  • 4. What the warranty does NOT cover

    Improper use (e.g. using fuels other than coal or dry wood)


    Mechanical damage caused by accidents, impacts, falls or modifications made by the customer

    Normal signs of wear and tear, discoloration caused by fire or extreme conditions


    Failure to follow maintenance instructions

    Improper storage (e.g. in damp spaces, without a protective cover)

6. How to request the guarantee?

To request warranty activation:

Create an account on our website
Register the product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery

Successful registration extends the product warranty by an additional 10 years , covering the same types of defects as the standard warranty.

7. Your legal rights


This policy does not affect the consumer's legal rights under European Union law.

You are still entitled to free repair, replacement or refund if the product does not comply with the contract.
